INGREDIENTS of Bael/Wood apple juice
Medium-sized 2 bael fruits
4 cups of water
Sugar or honey (optional)

- Cut the bael fruit into two parts and then use a spoon to scoop the pulp out of it
- Remove the seed and fibrous part of the fruit
- Add the pulp into a food mixer with 2 cups of water
- Blend it until there is smoothness and strain through a strainer to remove the remaining fiber or seeds, if any
- Add 2 cups of remaining water to the strained juice and then mix it well
- Taste the juice and add sugar or honey if needed; again, mix it well .

- 1 cup of bael pulp
- 1 cup of powdered jaggery
- 1 tbsp ghee
- ½ tbsp cardamom powder
- ¼ cup almond and cashew nut chopped properly
INSTRUCTION:
- Remove the outer shell of the bael fruit
- In the mixer, grind the pulp and make it a smooth paste
- Heat ghee on low flame in a heavy bottomed pan
- Add the bael pulp into the pan and keep stirring
- When it becomes sticky , add jaggery and then mix well
- Then, add cardamom powder and chopped nuts and stir well
- Turn off the flame and let the mixture cool for a bit
- Serve this healthy and perfect snack for the day

INGREDIENT: –
- 1 kg bael fruit
- 1 kg sugar
- 2 cups of water
- 1 tbsp cardamom powder
- 1 tbsp saffron strands INSTRUCTIONS:
- Wash the bael fruit properly and cut them into small pieces
- Remove the seeds and pulp from the fruit
- Take a deep pan, add water and bael pieces, and cook on low heat for 15 to 20 minutes until the fruit becomes soft

- 1 tbsp salt
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- And take water as necessary
